Professor Suzanna Rose PhD, MA, RN

Suzanna originally trained as a nurse and health visitor and undertook her psychotherapeutic training at the University of Reading in the early 1990s. She then went on to become a founder staff member of the Traumatic Stress Service at the Institute of Psychiatry/Maudsley Hospital London. She also took her doctorate at the University of London in 1999. Subsequently she went on to lead the Berkshire NHS Traumatic Stress Service from 1999 to 2007. Alongside this she has been a member of the British Red Cross since the age of eleven and is currently President, British Red Cross, Berkshire Branch. In that capacity she has worked at disasters both in the UK and overseas from 1988 to 2006.

As a clinician and academic she has published extensively and spoken at conferences all over the world. A list of publications is attached.
